The Team Member Handbook contains all of the information about our policies and procedures. You are expected to read it thoroughly and to refer to it for clarification when dealing with an issue it addresses.

To make it easier/quicker for you to get to the Code of Conduct, Dress Code, Social Media Guidelines, and our Workplace Harassment Policy, we have created PDFs for each one, using the information found within the handbook.

MEDICAL BENEFIT INFORMATION

DIRECT PRIMARY CARE

For more information on The Joinery’s Group Direct Primary Care Plan with Lakeland MD, click the link below. This is a monthly subscription service with a primary doctor (see what is included here).

Your cost is $50/month for you (add your spouse for $79 and/or add up to 2 children $79). This will be taken out of each paycheck (approximately $23/paycheck).

Modifications to this plan can be made quarterly with Madison (the first of January, April, July, and October).
